Theoretical study of oscillating squeezing flow through a porous medium

چکیده

In this paper, we report a theoretical study of transient squeezing flow through thin porous gap driven by an oscillating boundary. The process is governed the viscous, inertial, and Darcy effects. It shows that when depth increases, alternating dominance viscous inertial effects would increase oscillation velocity profiles. existence media effectively stabilizes fluid field. presented herein, revealing fundamental physics flow, has significant potential for biomedical industrial applications, such as cerebrospinal under concussion oil film lubrication in journal bearings.
